No accommodation or travel contract is concluded between the user and the platform. All bookings are made directly with the respective third-party providers (such as online booking platforms or hotels).

3. Disclaimer of Liability

The platform and the operator is not liable for:

  • the availability, quality, or fulfillment of services booked through third-party providers,

  • errors or outages in the API integration with third-party providers,

  • prices, of the displayed hotels (these are automatically delivered via the third-party providers' systems),

  • damages resulting from the use of the Platform or linked services, unless caused by intent or gross negligence.

The use of third-party websites and services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.

4. Use of the Platform

Use of the Platform is free of charge. All content may only be used for personal, non-commercial booking inquiries. Automated queries or scraping of data is strictly prohibited.

5. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Platform, users may create a personal account. Registration requires providing accurate and up-to-date information and choosing a secure password.

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and all activities that occur under their account.

  • Users may delete their account at any time by following the instructions provided on the Platform.

When clicking on a booking or hotel link, users are redirected to the website of the third-party provider (e.g., Agoda.com). From that point on, the terms and privacy policies of the respective provider apply.

7. Prices and Availability

All prices, ratings, availability, and other hotel-related information are provided via a third-party provider's API.

The platform does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data and accepts no liability for errors or outdated information.

Hotel availability and prices are subject to change and may vary depending on the third-party provider’s terms and systems.

8. Rewards and Points System

The platform offers a rewards system that allows registered users to earn points through specific activities on the Platform, such as engaging with content, referring others, or making qualified bookings via third-party providers.

  • The exact methods for earning points and the number of points awarded per activity are defined by the platform and may change at any time without prior notice.

  • Points have no monetary value and are not redeemable for cash.

  • Points may be used to unlock user levels or qualify for exclusive rewards, as defined on the Platform.

  • Any abuse or manipulation of the rewards system (e.g., creating fake accounts, fraudulent activity) will result in the immediate suspension of the user’s account and forfeiture of all accumulated points.

  • Grand Hotel Club reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the points system at any time without liability.

The use of the rewards system is subject to these Terms and any additional rules or eligibility requirements published on the Platform.

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Grand Hotel Club does not collect or store any payment data.
